Welcome to PariCabs.com.fj. By accessing or using the PariCabs mobile application, website, or services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to PariCabs.com.fj

  • “You”, “User” refers to both riders and drivers using the service

  • “App” refers to the PariCabs mobile application

  • “Trip” means a transportation service booked via the app

2. Eligibility

To use PariCabs, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Provide accurate registration information

  • Have a valid mobile number and email address

  • For drivers: Hold a valid driver’s license and required permits

3. User Responsibilities

Riders Must:

  • Use the app for lawful purposes only

  • Pay the fare shown at the end of the trip

  • Treat drivers with respect

  • Avoid damaging the vehicle

Drivers Must:

  • Ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and insured

  • Provide safe and courteous service

  • Follow all traffic laws and regulations

  • Only accept bookings via the app

4. Booking and Payments

  • Fare estimates are displayed prior to booking; final fare is based on time and distance.

  • All payments must be made via the app using approved payment methods.

  • Cancellation charges may apply if a booking is cancelled after a grace period.

  • PariCabs is not responsible for any cash transactions between rider and driver.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Riders: May cancel a trip before the driver arrives, subject to cancellation fees.

  • Drivers: May cancel a trip for safety or valid reasons.

  • Refunds will be processed only in cases of technical errors or duplicate payments.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any illegal transport or activities

  • Harm or harass other users

  • Impersonate any person or entity

  • Hack, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the system

7. Limitation of Liability

PariCabs is a platform connecting drivers and riders. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by drivers. We are not liable for:

  • Accidents or incidents during a trip

  • Loss of property

  • Delays due to traffic or external factors

Use the service at your own risk.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice for:

  • Violation of these terms

  • Misuse of the platform

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Legal non-compliance

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and trademarks on PariCabs are the intellectual property of PariCabs.com.fj and may not be used without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Fiji. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fiji.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes will be notified via the app or email. Continued use of the service after updates indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
